Refund policy
The customer has 14 days after receiving the items to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in the same shipping conditions, unused, with tags and in their original packaging (sealed if applicable). If the product is not in the same sales conditions (sealed if applicable), the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will still have to bear the expenses for the 2nd shipment. The customer must contact us to request the return, and the items must be sent to the address provided and the respective shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders must be returned via CTT Registered or via a carrier with a tracking code, and the items to be returned must be well packed to prevent damage in transit. Orders damaged by poor packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer receives an item that is damaged or different from what he ordered, he will be entitled to a refund for the return value, only after the item has been received and analyzed by our technical team. In the absence of any of the components of the article or if it is not in excellent condition (sealed), there will be no refund, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address. If no fault is detected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will still have to bear the expenses for the 2nd shipment. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY? The cost of transporting the damaged material. Damage caused by misuse or abuse. Damage caused by transport outside the original packaging. Damage caused by poor protection of equipment. Equipment opened by entities outside of Loja InTek. Equipment that has been repaired or repaired outside our assistance services. That said, Loja InTek does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for equipment damaged by poor handling, installation or configuration, as well as any alteration to the original product invalidates the warranty.
