Terms of service
1. Loja InTek is not responsible for any errors in the prices published on the website and for the validity of the technical descriptions of the products, as well as the photographs, if one of these errors is verified, the order may be cancelled. We update information daily in order to ensure that all our products have correct and up-to-date information, thus minimizing any situations of possible errors that may occur.
2. The availability indicated in the articles may change due to any problems that occur during the transport and delivery of the order or due to occasional stock rupture, the customer being informed of these changes.
3. The data collected at the time of customer registration are exclusively intended for the processing of any order and respective invoice and will never be provided to third parties. 4. All names, logos and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners.
5. If the customer does not indicate the tax number, name and address, an invoice will be issued in the name of the 'Final Consumer'. If you want an invoice with your tax number, all the data mentioned (NIF, name and address) must be filled in when registering. If necessary, the customer may request the correction of data up to 72 hours after issuing the invoice.
6. The Customer must always check the material before signing the carrier's bill. If you notice any damage on the outside of the package that could compromise the integrity of the items, the customer must always write the damage that it has on the carrier's bill before signing, such as ("Crunched volume, Torn box, Subject to verification, etc...) If you do not have any type of information recorded on the carrier's bill, Loja InTek reserves the right not to take responsibility or forward the claim, since the description of the damage on the bill is mandatory. Damaged material must be carried out on the day the product is delivered. The customer must inform the Loja InTek and send photos of the damaged material so that the carrier's insurance can be activated.
7. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport, being the sole responsibility of the carrier.
8. The response and resolution deadlines are the sole responsibility of the carrier, although the Loja InTek has intervened in the claim.
9. In case of dispute, the parties choose the jurisdiction of the district of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
