Description
The Shelly 2PM Gen3 is a two-channel, energy-metered smart switch for controlling two electrical circuits/devices or controlling an electric blind (or other device with a bidirectional AC motor).
It is ideal for installation in standard wall electrical boxes, behind outlets or light switches, even in very tight spaces.
The Shelly 2PM Gen3 can be accessed, controlled and monitored remotely from anywhere the user has Internet connectivity (via a mobile phone, tablet, PC), as long as the device is connected to a Wi-Fi router and the Internet.
It can operate independently on a local Wi-Fi network or be operated through home automation services. In addition, it has an integrated web interface that can be used to monitor and control the device, as well as adjust its settings.
This device has an improved processor and more memory compared to its predecessor, as well as stronger and more durable terminals.
✅ KEY FEATURES:
◾ Two-channel control: Allows you to remotely manage/monitor two electrical circuits.
◾ Blind control: Allows you to control/adjust the position of blinds, curtains, awnings, sliding doors and other systems with a bidirectional motor.
◾ Energy measurement: Monitors energy consumption on each channel for greater efficiency.
◾ Slat Tilt Control: Perfect for Venetian blinds — allows you to control the tilt to let in just the right amount of light.
◾ Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity: No HUB required! Control everything via the Shelly Smart Control app or your favorite voice assistant.
◾ Integrated Web Interface: It has a web interface for monitoring, control and adjusting settings.
◾ New processor — ESP-Shelly-C38F — with better performance.
◾ Connection terminals with improved durability.
◾ Wi-Fi range extender (for IoT devices) and Bluetooth gateway (for Shelly BLU devices).
◾ Allows the use of virtual components.
◾ Supports scripting, webhooks, MQTT, WebSocket, HTTPS, UDP, TLS, and custom certificates.
◾ Supports KNXnet/IP communication

✅ NOTES:
◾ It does not have dry contacts, so it does not allow controlling two electrical circuits powered by different phases or by different voltages from the module power supply.
◾ If you want to control two electrical circuits, please note that, although each channel supports up to 10A, the maximum current for both together is 16A.
◾ Shelly 2PM Gen3 is technically Matter-ready, but currently does not support this protocol. Shelly is working on integrating this standard into its Gen3 series devices. However, there is no specific date for when this update will be available.
